I got one and it had 13 markers on it?
That's a Baker's Dozen-O-Meter. Kinda like the Spinal Tap version of a marking gauge, eh? "Ours go up to eleven".

and you can measure it with this gauge.

After ordering and receiving this item (rush delivery), I found that it was too diminutive in my large hands and I feel that they would be on to something if they would only give this item a little more heft for us ham fisted woodworkers.
