Hi Fred:
Plans for a Newport blockfront chest appeared in an issue of FW some time ago and were reprinted in the FW book "Making Period Furniture". The same article has the plan for a Boston Blockfront. The plans were drawn by a fellow named Shultz whom I believe was a student at the North Bennet Street School at the time.
I carried the article to a blueprint shop and them blow up the plans to full size. The result was a reasonably good set of plans.
