Nine unbuilt Bartley Collection kits looking for a good home
My late father, an avid and accomplished furniture restorer/hobbyist, has left behind some untouched Bartley Collection kits:
1) Irish Jewelry Chest IJC 0256 (2 kits)
2) Chatham Mirror MIR 0333 (2 kits)
3) Ratchet Candle Stand RCS 0329 (2 kits)
4) English Bracket Clock “second/has minor flaws” per invoice
5) Country Mantle Clock CMC 0355 (2 kits)
Most of these still had the nylon packing straps around the box until last week.
Anyone have suggestions on how to find “forever homes” for these kits, and how to estimate a reasonable price (I’m not looking to get rich off these)? I’m in central New Jersey if that makes a difference to anyone.
Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

It would be helpful to post images of each of these items.
Never heard of them. Did some checking.
$339 for the Irish Jewelry chest @ Baynebox.com
You gotta be kidding!!! No woodworker is going to buy them.
There was another thread a while back where several folks expressed interest in the kits:

Hope it helps!
They sold a lot of kits back in the day. There will doubtless be a lot of interest, at some price or other.
Built a few back when I was a young nipper. Since everything is pre-cut, etc, they only need some fine tuning and assembly. I think that the woodworkers on this site could craft these items from scratch. I'd recommend another woodworking bulletin board, eBay or Woodcraft, etc.
I see that there is a Facebook group where you might post the kits for sale. Bartley kits are now sold by baynebox.com. If you want to start a free trial at worthpoint.com, you can see how much recent kits have sold for.
