SO……… I can’t get access to the unlimited section as my subscription has expired. No nagging letters or even a reminder. Just shut down. Try to renew but form responds that the name and number I copied directly from magazine label is not recognized.
This seems like a mashing of systems with no plan. Am I alone with this problem?

Nah, pretty much the same thing happened to me! I ended up doing the two week free thing to get back on. I had set my old subscription up so that it wouldn't auto renew, cause I hate that and then nothing worked one day. All of this while they were changing up their system. Nothing knew me it seemed until I finally got back up then somehow it did.
Shoot me an email and I'll forward it onto someone who can get it straightened out. You're not the only one. Things went wonky a couple of weeks ago but they're starting to get worked out. Sorry about that.
