Northern White Cedar

Anyone know of a good lumber dealer for Northern White Cedar 4/4 rough stock that will ship to the Houston, TX area?

Is that the same as Alaskan Yellow Cedar, or Port Orford Cedar? If so there is a dealer here in North Central Washington that deals in it and they ship all over, www.bearcreeklumber.com
