   I don't quite know what you want to do. Are you trying to figure out how to draw something in SketchUp or how to make it in the shop from wood? What is it you're trying to show with your sketch? is this a molding? Perhaps you could give us a better description of what it is you're trying to make.

   Try a simple compass to lay it out. You can find one anywhere that sells school supplies.
   I'd cut the design with a jigsaw or router jig, leaving enough for sanding without decreasing the size I want.

   Is that height and width?, length and height? Width and length? Without the third measure I don't know what you are trying to do.

   The OP posted this more than 4 years ago in the SketchUp category and never came back to clarify. I imagine they either solved their problem or did something else.
