I had an experience with a tool supplier that was so good that I’d like to post it, but I dont want it to appear like egregious advertising. I have no ties to the place other than being a satisfied customer. I figure people post the slams, so posting a kudo sems appropriate, but I thought I’d check first

I read your message through twice, and I didn't see the name of the supplier or a story about the experience. Where is the beef? :-) JL
By all means PLEASE post something good. It seams that only people that are ticked off ever post anything about any company. So all companies seam to suck because all you ever find is negative posts.
SO please tell us who this good company is.

No problem with posting the good stuff. If you search "Lee Valley" in advanced search, you'll probably find 3 or 4 threads regarding their great service. Sometimes, the posters write a disclaimer "no, I don't work for them or own stock." LOL.

Ok to post a good experience?
