I recently purchased a Rockwell/Delta Lathe at an auction and I am going to fix it up and give it to my dad for christmas. I know the company is defunked but i was hoping someone would know of some places to get manuals and or parts. The series number is 46-525 and the serial number is 1690083 just for reference.
Thanks

Delta is still around and is usually pretty good about having manuals and in some cases, even parts for older machines. They'll photo copy an old manual from their archives for a $5.00 charge. http://www.deltamachinery.com/index.asp?e=138 Contact info (phone# and email) is on their website. http://www.deltamachinery.com/index.asp?e=96
I'm using an old Delta Rockwell lathe and having a good time.....They sent me a parts list but when I gave them the serial number of the lathe, they came back and told me it was a 1961 circular saw. I don't care what they call it, it works just like a lathe.Life may be short but it can be very wide!
