Good morning everyone! I am posting for my husband, Goline.
We live here in the Catskills on Belleayre Mountain, about 5 minutes from the NYS Belleayre Ski Center and we raise alpacas.
We have a faucet “issue”!
We have a beautiful old enamel corner sink in our bathroom and need to replace the faucet.
It is mounted on the back side (facing you, not on the deck) of the sink. It has three separate pieces (two handles and faucet).
The center measurement is 5 5/8 inches.
A friend in NJ found one for us at a local plumbing supply (a Gerber), but if it doesn’t fit, we can’t return it ($149).
Go did a search on the web and found a Triton K-8040-2A that looks the same, but it has a center measurment of 5 1/2″.
We are 45 minutes away from the biggest city, Kingston NY so shopping is not something we look forward to!
I’ve tried to attach a picture of it, hope it works.
Can anyone suggest a good online site for out of the ordinary faucets?
Thanks for any help any of you can offer!

You would probably get more responses by posting your inquiry in Breaktime.
this is wierd...
read it in BT and post in TT....
measure the spread of the holes in the sink...
measure the gap between the water inlet stems..
if it will fit go for it..
if the sink holes show to the outter edges add a flange washer like those found on the sprayer of a kitchen sink or use SS fender washers...
Thanks for the suggestions. We are trying to find out where we can find this faucet. Hopefully somewhere that will allow a return.
I tried to attach the picture of it, but was unsuccessful. ;-(
most any better supply house has what you want....
ask about their return policy...
Greetings Mrs. Goline,
This post, in response to your question, will bump the thread through the 'recent discussion' listing again.
Perhaps it will catch someones attention that can help you with advice.
Cheers
