Looks like an old Walker-Turner scroll saw, they made a "Driver " line of tools from the 1930's through the 1960's. They are out of business now and parts are hard to find, that will make your saw worth less than a Delta or Powermatic of the same size and in the same shape. There are a lot of Deltas and Powermatics around but very few Walker -Turners. It is a very well made machine though and should be worth about $125 to 150 if everything works.

If it works please keep it and find a good warm place to put it in your shop. I have an old Beaver scroll saw that I believe to be made prior to 1953, and I find it very usefull for a lot of task.
