   Ron-

   Lucky for you I went through exactly that question back in August.  Someone else at this forum (can't remember who) gave me this name.  There is a guy named Harold Barker who sounds like he has a part for every old lathe, drill press, etc. from Delta and a ton of others.  He's retired now, but if you call him he'd be more than happy to chew your ear for a good hour about his life and his work (I speak from personal experience), and at the same time sell you the exact part you need for a darn good price.  Here's his contact info:
