On first interaction a huge security gap!
All is OK, but FW has to improve their security approach! I subscribe for 3 months (only because I want to assure all is OK), but because I was earlier a free member, the two go mixed up.
Service sent an email, with both a new username and password, so I could fix the problem. THIS IS A COMPLETE FAIL IN SECURITY.
Sorry for the caps, but I have an internet app/security background, and you NEVER ask a paying customer to use both a new user name and password. That is such an easy way for a scammer to get hold of your credit card info, its almost frightening!
So, please, if you need account support, DO NOT use any email asking you to use both a new user name and password.
I mentioned this to the person I called, but they did not really react on this, so I do not think they will change things…
