Who makes one, the kind that is compatible with a belt-drive rear-motor contractor-type tablesaw?

All I see for sale in the catalogs are either the ones that go onto cabinet saws (Unisaw, etc.) and direct-drive portables (like the Rousseau stands).

I know, I know.  I should make one myself.  But I’m too busy housebuilding right now.
