Overcharged and reimbursed nearly every month
So for the last few months I’ve been charged $59, $35 and again $35 for my $10 a month subscription to unlimited. They eventually reimburse the money back(aside from this month), aside from the $10 subscription fee, but this is getting out of hand. I tried calling customer support and I told the lady my issue, which she responded (and I’m quoting) “that’s how they do” I asked to speak to a manager and she said please hold and just set the phone down while I heard her kids crying. I’m not making this up. I’ve also not gotten any physical copies of the magazine for a few months. Anyone else having any issues like this? Really getting under my skin!!

So I dropped my subscription...figure when I hear that things are working again I will reup. I had a similar experience with customer service. Also no mags for a long time and now that I have dropped my subscription I'm getting magazines ,so go figure. When they changed whoever handles this one would expect for a couple of weeks some rough patches but it's been months now. Taunton needs to crawl over to the old service and beg them to come back.
