Where can I get parts for a hole saw? I got mine from a yard sale and there is no indicator as to who made it. Now I need the adapter, extender, and the arbor. What are the technicalities that I should consider so that I can make sure it’ll work with what I have.

Go to a hardware store ...if they match they match. I have several sets of hole saws and not all the same brand. Cheap ones ,good ones. Most it seems are interchangeable. Some like my Milwaukee 's are unique, but they are also beasts! I needed a 4 1/4" hole saw..I had 4" and 4 1/2" but no 4 1/4". Went in a store grabbed one off the shelf not even thinking about what kind and the arbor(s) I had fit.
Pictures? Sounds different than what I would call a hole saw arbor.
All good now, folks! I was able to get parts for it on sawblade.com. Worked perfectly fine.
