For the more common brands, such as Craftsman, Delta, or Walker Turner, you can usually find parts on Ebay. For an obscure brand like Shopmaster you will have to get very lucky, but it is worth a try.
If you have one of the gibs, you could have a machine shop make a duplicate, but it might be costly.
A third possibility, if Shopmaster used a conventional mounting system, is that the gibs might be similar to something used on some other brand, but about the only way to find that out would be to order the parts and try them out, I'd try gibs from a Grizzly, if you are going to try this approach. You would have to be careful that the fit was very good with the replacement part, since a poor fit could lead to a thrown knife.
A last possibility is to go to the Old Woodworking Machine site, OWWM.com, and post what you are looking for in their classifieds.
Good Luck,
