I think the answer is no, but can a new PC 1 3/4 hp router still be purchased? From doing a google search I couldn’t get a clear answer if they are still be manufactured, though a general search for this router did not turn up anything. Mine just went belly up and I really liked it. Thanks

I have several of those and just went on line out of curiosity and found a bunch for sale both new and used. One was listed on a Porter cable web site but the price was pretty astronomical on that site. My first router was a Rockwell Speedmatic ,long gone now, but the best of the bunch. It died during a period that when something broke I would just toss it and get a new one. I was always sorry that i didnt keep it around and rebuild it. Someone had one on ebay and I'm tempted. When Stanley Black and Decker purchased Porter Cable that did alot to destroy the brand....like no parts.. but I think maybe someone else maybe owns them now and just maybe they have revived some stuff.
Parts are available for sure. I have a bunch of porter cable tools. I purchased a bunch of parts from... https://www.ereplacementparts.com/porter-cable-690-fixed-base-router-parts-c-129_1672_1940.html
