Just built a set of cabinets for a bathroom remodel job and both were square in every direction. I used the Blum drawer runner tool to set my drawer runners, (and by the way, if yoiu dont own this 10 dollar tool,..you should!) But when I went to stick the drawers in they were not straight in the hole.I had to shim 1/8 and take away 1/8 on the other side of the hole so that they would slide in and out properly and when I go to put my faces on them,.that the face seats itself more or less flat against the face frame. What did I miss? I spent 2 hours fixing this problem and it shouild not have been there. I checked square of the FF, off the bottom relative to the divider, checked square corner to corner off the top of the cab looking down. I checked the drawers. Any advice to prevent this from happening again?

Never used Blum sliders, but it sounds like your back mounts aren't matching the face frame.
I always make a story stick for the back mounts on the sliders I use.
Rip a piece of 1/2" scrap the width of the back mounts and wider than the FF opening. Place it against the FF touching the cab side and mark the opening on both sides. Drill and CS a couple of holes for SR screws, mount the supports, and screw this whole assembly in the back of the cab. Makes adjustment easier.
these were side mount euro drawer runner.. your typical mechanical drawer runner. I was worried that my cab was out of wack but it wasnt. I installed them today and my adjustment held. Why this happened ...I am stumped. But they are out of my shop, install was flawless and the boxes are in their proper holes.
Did this happen before or ater mounting the cabinet in the bathroom. if you mount in to fit a twisted wall or corner it will throw the mountings off.
I use Salice Hinges, there cheaper then Blum, and there easy to use...
