I am looking for a good selection of picture frame mouldings. Constantines and Woodworker’s Supply have some but I would like a source with a bigger selection.

As you probably know, to get a good price you would have to buy wholesale. Just google on picture frame moulding (or molding).
You might also contact:

I know they have huge quantities, but generally they serve custom frame shops who order specific molding cut (chopped) to order.

If you have some artist supply shops in your area, check them out. There is an Artisan Supply near me and there are all kinds of interesting things for woodworkers, drafting tools to gold leaf. They also have a large selection of picture frame moldings. A local frame shop will often sell the uncut molding or order you a few pieces.

Their site is a bit difficult to navigate, but their service and prices are good. I spoke with them a few months ago and though some of the web areas still say b2b only, they will sell to anyone who can meet their minimum order ($25, I think).
I believe jerrypacman was looking for picture frame molding, not hardware for framing. I could be wrong, but as my wife has been a business customer of United for a number of years, I don't believe they sell picture frame molding. They sell hardware and supplies picture framers need. Framers get their molding from molding wholesalers.

Unless they've changed in the last couple of years, they had one division that sold hardware, tools and mat, and another that sold molding. It appeared the former is in NY and the latter in FL. There are separate catalogs, but you can order through the central number.I have bought molding from them, but usually make my own.
You may be able to source a good selection at a builders merchant, but they will come under window trims or baseboards, cornice trims and so on. Pick a trim that includes the rebate you need and you may have to run it past the saw or router, but you can be creative and unique. Costs are low as a bonus.
