The other day I ran across a Pioneer tenoning jig. I was told that Pioneer is the house brand for Western Tool Supply. The tool looks and feels to be solidly built. Does anyone have experience with this jig?

Hoopa,
I also ran across Pioneer at Western Tools for the first time yesterday. I was looking at their 10" table saw, which seems very well constructed, with a 2HP motor and Biesemeyer-like fence. It looks a whole like the General 50-185 under the hood. I was told that it is the house-brand line for Wester Tools also, and I can find nothing on any of the woodworker forums about it. And, at $650, it may be some knockoff, but not a cheap one. The store manager told me that Pioneer tools are made in Taiwan.
