Hello to All,
Does anyone out there own and/or have experience with the “Plano” clamping system?
I spend to much time at my small 16/32 drum sander flattening out not really straight glue ups, clamped with bessy clamps. Very boring and unproductive.
I’m only interested in the Plano system or something like it which would take up very little space in my shop.
Thanks for your time.

Plano Glue press
In my experience the Plano is neat and effective, the main advantage being that the glue-ups are hanging off the wall out of the way.
It should go without saying that it will not compensate for bad joints but otherwise it saves a lot of mess.

Sir,
This is the info I was looking for. My joints are done on a jointer, only the misalignment of the boards when using 3 to 4 boards was wasting to much time at my smaller drum sander.
I ordered one this a.m., so I'm looking forward to better aligned boards as most of my work is solid stock.
Thanks for taking the time,
Vance
