Plans / Dimensions for a Trundle Bed

Hi,

I am looking for plans or basic dimensions for a Day bed/ Trundle bed.

Was planning on designing one, using walnut frame with maple panel.

Woodworker's Journal(Vol. 27, No. 2, April 2003) has an article/plans by Rick White for a trundle bed.

Norm Abram's "New Yankee Workshop" website(http://www.newyankee.com) also has plans and a video for a trundle bed.

I have both if you have trouble locating your own.
