For those of you that must store your extra full sheets of plywood standing on edge my question is for you. I need some ideas for my new shop. Would you be kind and post some pictures of how you handled the storage of these sheetgoods in your shop.

Hey Z3 Coupe, What color? :o)
My small shop solution was to have the bottom horizontal structure of my punchout 2x6 workbench stick out the back of the bench (base and top) about 10". A plywood L shaped shelf (L towards the legs) provides the channel to slide the plywood in lengthwise. The plywood leans on the wall and provides a nice added weight to the bench. It is also off the concrete floor. I have had as many as 4 full sheets of 3/4", several full sheets of 1/4" and some scraps at one time. My smaller scrap sheet goods are stored in a different place, they always got in the way of putting the big boys away. I mark the backs (if needed) because I put them in good surface towards the wall and away from the light.
I try to plan my purchase of ply and do the required rough cuts that first day or weekend. But, as long as I'm making a special trip and busting my A, I buy an extra sheet if I have any remote plans. Its nice to be able to get full sheets out of the way.
The first post, second pic, the right side shows the ply in storage. Far right side.

Yellow with black leather interior--It was my company car for 7 months --MISS that baby alot.
Here's a shot of my plywood storage. It is situated so that the sheets slide out and drop right on the saw. half sheets are stored in the same area. the back wall is vertical storage for lumber.
Also a cabinet shot by mistake.
