Will I have any problems if I apply poly (minwax) over tung oil (waterlox). Thanx!

No, but why do you want to do that? Waterlox is a oil/varnish penetrating finish designed to leave the wood with a feel of the grain.
A poly varnish is a film finish that sits on the wood leaving a smooth, non-grainy feel and look. If that's what you want, skip Waterlox and just put on a coat of boiled linseed oil and go to the poly.
In other words, you are mixing two finishes that have different purposes.
Thanx Howie! I like the oil for the way it enhances the wood, but this will be a wear surface. That's the reason for wanting to use the poly.
Just cheap, plane old boiled linseed oil will do the same. Next time, try the linseed oil on some scrap, coat it with the varnish and see if you can tell the difference. It's the linseed oil in Waterlox that gives the wood the appearence you are seeing.
Use wet/dry paper and "oil" sand the wood with boiled linseed oil, then poly/varnish. Glorious.
