I had to look up what a Moravian workbench was only to discover I have one! Mine is a small "portable" break down bench that I picked up at a second hand store in Cambridge Mass in 1974 for a small fortune..I believe it was $15. I call it my "small bench" and have no idea if it's moravian or not but it's similar to what I saw. The legs on mine are perpendicular ,not angled and I can see the advantage of angled legs. Ive seen similar workbenches all over the world and almost bought one in Thailand when I was doing a project there.. so what makes a Moravian workbench distinct from a workbench? My 2 minute search came up with lots of examples with instructional videos, finished benches for sale and plans available.
I think it was Popwood that had the Moravial bench article.

Fine Woodworking #293 — Tools and Shops 2022, page 38
has a knockdown Moravian bench build.
The same article is at this link too:

Will Meyers has a DVD (some of it is in YouTube) showing the construction of portable knockdown Moravian workbench. Looks to be a handy bench.
