Hello All,
I just picked up a Powermatic 160- 16″ planer. Any thoughts on this piece of machinery and where I may be able to pick up a manual for it?

I have had good luck finding old manuals (1946 Crescent 12" jointer and various old industrial rockwell equipment) at oldwwmachines.com. Lots of historical info for almost any brand.
Brutt,
Here is a link to a PDF file of the Powermatic Model 180 18" Planer, http://www.jettools.com/PMWood/Manuals/CurrentManuals/180-M-0460238.pdf as well as the Powermatic Model 15 15" Planer http://www.jettools.com/PMWood/Manuals/CurrentManuals/15-M-0460213.pdf. These should give you more than enough information to get you started.

Thanks for the site. Should of gone there to begin with. I may not need it though my wife is frowning heavily and I may need to sell it. OH WELL I tried.
