How does the riving knife work on the new PM2000 when the blade center swings through a radius of only a few inches? Is it necessary to reset the riving knife each time the blade height is changed?

It is my understanding that the riving knife is mounted to the same frame work as the saw's arbor to which the blade is mounted. Therefore, the position of the riving knife in relation to the blade is always the same and the curvature of the riving knife is the same as the blade.
