I have never had a blade sharpened and I was wondering what it costs. I used to buy cheap blades and just replace them but I just got a freud blade.

Carbide tipped blade sharpening charges are usually by the tooth plus extra if any teeth require replacement. As I recall, the last blade I had sharpened was a 48 tooth blade and it ran me slightly less than $20.
Ridge Carbide in Jersey does sharpening. Their rates for saw and planar/jointer blades are on their website http://www.ridgecarbidetool/html/sharpening.htm
They do a good job and are quick. If I drop off my planar blades on Wednesday, the UPS guy is returning them Thursday afternoon.
I have two Forrest blade that I use most of the time. I send them back to Forrest to be sharpened. I also have a couple of Frued blades; I send them to Forrest to be sharpened also. They come back like new. If no teeth need replacing they run about $20.00 for a 40 tooth blade. I send them UPS and get them back in about 10 days. They do a better job than anyplace I've used.

Look in the yellow pages for saw sharpening. However there is a big difference in quality even among major saw services. I have worked for 2 in the Seattle Tacoma region. At Leitz Tooling in Kent, WA we had lots of tooling shipped in from many states including alaska, hawaii and neighboring states.
Price differs based on number and type of teeth. ATB, alternate top bevel:
80 teeth $20
60 $17
50
24 $12.50
Chose carefully who sharpens your tools. Inept sharpening businesses can really screw up your valuable tools. Listen to others who use the same type tool you want sharpened for suggestions. Do not just pick from the yellow pages!!
Price is not everything!! Do not assume the highest price is the best or that the lowest price in not the best!

AMEN!
I use Accurate Cut Carbide in Salt Lake. They do a great job. 13 60-80 tooth Tenryu blades cost mt $184 plus shipping (from Maui). I am all set for at least 18 months now.
