I am somewhat new to building furniture. I built a six drawer cabinet with drawer boxes and 3/4in face frames. The boxes are 25″wide by 18″ deep and 9″ tall. I have overmount face frames. My question is are these boxes to heavy for undermount drawer glides? We seem to be having up and down wiggle on the drawer glides causing the drawers to shift downward slightly, enough so that the drawer faces don’t sit flush against the face frame, but tilt downward. Is it a faulty drawer glide? Has anyone else had this problem? The drawer glides are Custom Hardware brand drawer glides purchased through Wayfair.

Could you possibly provide photo?
Different brands are going to have different capacities and tolerances. I use Blum Tandem undermount slides, and they can carry 100 or 150 pounds, depending on model. And no wiggle. They also aren't cheap. I have no idea what the Wayfair glides are capable of.
