I’m looking for plans to furniture built by Prudent Mallard. Specifically, the bed that is found in the Riches suite of the Manmounth Plantation.
An image can be found in magazine Victorain Homes February 2006 Volume 25 No.1 on page 43.
I try to attach an image but I don’t know it worked.
Thank-you

I think you've stumped us with this question. I just did a Web search and found a reference and photo to what appears to be the bed you're trying to reproduce (see image and link)

If that is the correct bed I think you're going to have a heck of a time trying to find a set of established plans. Usually, these historic pieces are only drawn up and sold as plans if someone goes through the trouble of measuring and building it. Carlyl Lynch is well known for doing this. All of his plans are sold through http://www.toolsforworkingwood.com. Other than that, your best bet is to seek out someone who already reproduces Mallard furniture and see if they have a resource.
Alternatively, you could ask the musuem to let you measure and photograph the piece and then draft a plan yourself. We recently published an article on this process.
Good luck and keep us posted if you come up with anything.
