Oldtool,
I have had some good luck with onlinemetals.com. Under copper they sell a nice sample pack for you to try.
Hope this helps.
Joe
Is it really saw dust or wood dust?
Thanks, I found it. A good spot.
A local company that does roofing/lumberyard supply will have copper on a roll and probably in sheet form as well. http://www.mcmaster.com I've always found onlinemetal to be on the higher side every time I looked for a quote.
Rick,You are right, copper prices are climbing fast and Mc Master seems to be the slowest to adjust. I recently did some serious price search for a large project and Mc Master was the one I bought from.C.
Thanks, and I forgot about Mcmaster-Carr. I was a Plant Engineer at one time and used this place alot. John
Have you seen pie safes with copper panels? The ones I've seen are made with tinned steel panels.
I think you are right, but I was to try to get copper. I think the price will make the correction! Thanks.
Old,
Country Accents, http://www.piercedtin.com if you are looking for the ones already punched. They have a big catalog, do custom orders, several finishes, in tin, copper and brass. Supplies and kits, too. I just got 4 panels from them. They look pretty nice.

Old,
Glad to help.
