I just purchased and installed a Bora PM-6200 router body in a new router lift. I haven’t used it to rout anything yet, but I noticed that the slow speed startup is inconsistent. About half the time, when the switch is turned on, the motor immediately spins up to speed. However, the other half of the time it just hums and barely rotates (not even 90 degrees of rotation) for about a second before spinning up to speed. I am concerned that this inconsistency exists in a brand new motor.

Question for Bora PM-6200 owners: Have you noticed anything like this? Did it get better (or worse) as the new machine was used?
