I plan on making my first cabinet carcass out of 3/4 plywood. I was wondering which joint to use? Also if I use biscuits should I cut the ends at 45 degrees? The cabinet is going to be used for tool storage in the basement. I also plan on putting on a face frame.

I make all ny carcasses with butt joints and biscuits and haven't had a failure yet. You will need LOTS of clamps and I recommend using white glue on the biscuits for extra working time.
If you don't have a lot of clamps, use some DW screws to hold the biscuit joints together until cured.
