I’m trying to reassembly the Arm Latch Shaft Assembly to my Craftsman 113.29402 Radial Arm Saw. I believe the collar of the shaft assembly goes over the Lock Screw, but also fits in a slot of the Arm Lock Pin. When I look down the arm, I see the end of the Lock Screw and Lock Pin, but have no idea of their orientation. It feels like I’m sliding the Shaft over the Screw, but the collar is hitting the end of the Lock Pin. The attachment shows the parts and how I think it’s supposed to go together. Any guidance on getting this back together would be appreciated. Thanks!

I can look at mine and see how it's set up. I'll row over to the boat tomorrow and dive down and take a look.
A few more pics to help describe the situation. There is a slot access on the side of the arm, but well in front of the Lock Screw and Lock Pin. The Latch Shaft sure came out easy, but I don't see how since its collar should be trapped in the Lock Pin.
In case anybody sees this and it makes them curious, I posted the solution here:

Hi astrowags, very glad you found some help in solving your Sears Radial Arm Saw problem on a separate blog!! It is very unfortunate when someone, such as yourself, reaches out for honest solutions to woodworking/tool questions and receive ridiculous responses from persons who have no other function in life but to provide stupid answers!! I’m sure what you discovered can help other serious woodworkers as well!
Regards,
