I have some old furniture that has the mission style doors, where the panel is flat, but you can see the raised panel on the inside of the doors. Curious if there is a plane with an angled blade and fence designed to bevel the edges of a panel to fit the grooves of the door, or if the bevel was created using passes with a standard plane held at an angle.

Doc,
I've done it with a standard plane and it was fun. The one issue was having access to both sides of the workbench to work both sides of the board with the grain. If your panel is short ..no problem.
