I think the Jointability is over priced and don't believe you'll get much use out of it. If you have a table saw you can make a similar unit for far less and design it to be more flexable.
The router table is high priced also and I can't see that it will do much more than a standard table with a good lift.
If you are a subscriber to Finewoodworking.com, there are two router tables with conventional and horizontal features featured in the Project & Design section of this wed site that you can build.
