An old and loved piece of furniture was damaged by tape and shifting in a recent move. I am hoping someone here can you give me guidance on the easiest way to repair. I have posted pictures of the damage below. Thank you!

Looks like varnished surfaces. Remove the doors, strip the finish, lightly sand with a sanding pad grits 120, 150, 180 or 220 and re-apply at least 3 coats of varnish that matches the sheen and amber.
It is surprising to me that tape would remove the finish like that. It looks like the finish was not properly adhering to the substrate. Has this been a refinishing project in the past?
I agree. Stripping and refinishing is the easiest and best solution. You can't easily "fix" just the damaged spots so they match.
