Does anyone know if there is a good replacement for the dewalt 7490 table saw fences?
Mine has developed a warp/twist to it that has caused issues lately.

Lots of online parts sellers if you want to spend the cash.
It begs the question though of how did your fence get warped and twisted? Dropped? Run over on a job site?
Try putting on a sacrificial face then square that face up. Might be not be that difficult of a fix.
The fence has been attached to the saw and either in my basement or garage for it’s life. No exceptional abuse has occurred. I will occasionally partially re-save using my table saw and finish up with a hand saw for thicker boards.
Lately I’ve noticed that it’s not resawing as flat/straight as it used to. Lo and behold, the tail isn’t at 90degrees anymore. It’s just off by a degree or two. It’s enough to make me consider upgrading the fence.
I’m debating a semi-sacrificial/homemade attachment to square it up while I sort out a long term fix.
Now I'm a little confused. Is the fence itself straight, but not parallel to the blade? Or is the fence itself "bent?"
I replaced mine with a shopfox biesemeyer-style fence. It required drilling and tapping a few new holes, but it has worked pretty well.
Im more confused now by your reply. Is the fence face not straight? Or is the fence just not parallel to the blade?
I'm not familiar with the DeWalt table saw, but the first step in troubleshooting a blade not being parallel to the fence is to determine the source of the problem. If the table saw does not have the issues identified in the FineHomebuilding forum discussion below, the fence might just need adjustment.
Here are some ideas on FineWoodworking sister site.

John White has a video in FWW to check if the blade is parallel to the fence:

Also this might be useful information in setting up the DeWalt.

I looked up the saw and it is a small jobsite model with a telescoping fence. I don't think you'll find an aftermarket fence with the same functionality. If the parts are crazy expensive from dewalt you might consider upgrading, or building it into a larger table to which you can attach a real fence system.
