Resawing teak – Frame saw has something sticky on the blade
Resawing a piece of 8/4 teak and the frame saw blade is accumulating something sticky which makes the blade jump instead of slide smoothly. Any suggestions as to how to clean that off and if it’s possibly from the teak or if I should just oil the blade with something (jojoba oil?) to help it slide more smoothly.

Teak is very oily. It's what makes it a great wood for outdoor use.
Clean your blade with DNA, then rub some paraffin on the blade periodically.
+1 on waxing the blade, I use Renaissance wax
