Resore Trunks 1st time

Hello to all,

This is the first time in a long time that I’ve made it to this site. I have a question about old shipping/storage trunks.

Where can i get information on products and advice on restoring these trunks?

For parts, try http://www.rockler.com or http://www.vandykes.com. I used to have a catalog exclusively devoted to trunk parts but tossed it out. Try a Google search of: +trunk +restore +hardware.

John there is also a bunch of trunk hardware at Lee Valley, in their hardware catalog.Pat
