Same. Frustrating to say the least!! I called customer service. All they could do. Was confirm that my account up to date and paid for in full. Customer service is basically useless if you need actual help.
I've opened a ticket. They'll get it sorted.
I have the same issue, I see “ A critical error has occurred on this site” and below that big blue AIM. I called customer service yesterday and they did get my access to FWW.com restored but I’m still unable to see any issues in the APP. I just sent a message via the APP to customer service asking for help. I am a digital and print subscriber and have been for several years.
Finally back up! That was down for a couple of days.
Yup! Came here to sound the alarm.
