Ron I have one and love it. Have had no problem with it. Bought mine for a good price about a year ago and am glad I did. Don't think you will be disapponted with it.

I also have a Rigid 3612 and it is great. I've had it about 6 months.
I've had my 3612 for 6 months. It was easy for me to assemble it alone with the help of a winch that I keep in the garage for lifting heavy items. Unlike my Delta jointer that came packaged poorly and packed with a gallon of cosmoline, this saw was well packaged with minimal grease. The guard comes off easily without taking out the throat plate. The fence in my estimation is excellent given the saws price. I like value for my money and I think this saw has it.
