I have one of the original Rigid 13″ planners and usually works fine with an aux. table. But after running some large beams through it (not really a good use of the tool, I’m afraid) the rollers don’t seem to hold the work down.
I looked for some adjustments but couldn’t find any… Is it possible to move the rollers in relation to the cutter? or are new rollers the solution? Or maybe some kind of over-wrap on the rollers?

I had a similar problem with mine and Ridgid fixed it for free. The original planers had a lifetime warranty. Check out the Ridgid website.
