Haven’t found a riser block for a Rigid 14″ bandsaw.
I see that other members are using the JET riser block– does the guard cover the blade?
Do the blade guides reach?

I had a 14" Rigid a few years ago to which I fitted a "generic" 6" riser block. The guard for the blade was a perfect fit. I suspect that these kits are all the same (except for colour!).
Incidentally, I found the 3/4 hp motor not powerful enough for resawing more than about 3" of hardwood. I changed the motor to 1- 1/2 hp, and that made a big difference. (I have since moved on to a 4 hp Hammer).

I recently installed the Jet riser kit on my Rigid 14 bandsaw. Every part fit perfectly, including the guard. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000223N9/ref=ox_ya_oh_product

The Jet kit looks identical (in the photo) to the generic kit I used. Same factory?
