I am very leery of anything called "helical style" versus a true helical head. I suspect its just a segmented head and the advertised 16 cutters seem inadequate. Buyer beware.
I own one and I love it.

I have a cutech that is likely identical. Sure... it's not that many cutters... slow down and the same amount of teeth are hitting it.
My Cutech fence isn't great, so I rigged it up with a solid chunk of UHMW and cranked it down to 90 where it will forever stay. To me, the only downside I actually see with these small things is longer stock on short beds is not great.
I bought mine used and it was a no brainer for the money. Yes, I sold a green powermatic 8" and replaced it with a Cutech... I'd do it again for the work that I do.
