Rip blade for Husqvarna chain saw?
Where can they be bought? Can anyone point me to a web site?

http://www.baileys-online.com has them listed in their catalog. If you don't see it online call them.
Thanks Rick, found it.
I've never used a ripping blade. Is there noticable performance difference when ripping? Will I be able to use the same file?

Never did enough ripping to justify buying one. The chips are different I hear. Just use what file they recommend.
Mike you will find a rip chain to be very fast compared to a regular chain. Sharpening is the same as a regular chain only you go 90 deg to the bar instead of 30 deg or so. The rip chains I use are about the width of the bar and work great.Scott C. Frankland
