I love my Delta Unisaw, but I really like the addition of a riving knife on the new Uni. I can’t really justify trading in my 10 yr old saw for the newer model (plus my wife already said No), so my question is – can I somehow retrofit my Unisaw with a riving knife? Are there any aftermaret add-ons, or perhaps someone has already figured out how to fabricate one themselves? I asked the Delta rep while at the Denver WW show – no luck.

Shawn,
I researched riving knife for Unisaw and found:

Let us know if this helps.

Thanks for the input guys. I looked, and can't tell if these are really riving knives, or just splitters. I'm looking for something that raises and falls as I move the blade height. These look more or less stationary, or manually adjustable.
