I would like to try to build a rocking chair on the Sam Maloof style but cant figure the angle of the rocker slats themselves, they always look the same , no matter how many i look at. Thanks Hico

The first place you should start is by reading Sam's article from issue #42 where he details how he constructs his rocker.

If that doesn't answer your question, write back and I'll ask around. There are a few well known makers who copy that chair.
