any opinions on this band saw for a 100 bucks/, looks like a made in canada sticker on it

That looks to me to be a 9" or 10" benchtop band saw. If that's the case then I think the price is too high. Now this is just me and others will certainly have a difference opinion but I wouldn't have a benchtop bandsaw in my shop. They are harder to keep tuned-up than their bigger brothers are. So, unless you like to constantly fiddle with your tools instead of use them I'd look for a larger bandsaw.

Put the $100 towards a more substantial saw - that one has plastic wheels. There are good, smaller saws out there - bought an old 12" Porter Cable (made in Canada) years ago for my dad, cast iron with cast aluminum wheels, my son is now using it.
plastic wheels? you have to be kidding!!, even my little ryobi has aluminum wheels
