I am in the market for a couple of new roofing guns. I have paslode now but need to replace some of them. They work good but need Pasloed nails. I reciently tried a MAX and hitachi out of 25 shots neither one set more than 4 or 5 nails properly. I didnot have time at the dealer to mess with a lot of air adjustment , this may be part of the problem. I have used every Bosdtich roofer they made and never liked any of them. I repair a lot of roof’s that are not nailed properly mostly from gun nails cuting shingles, so I can not use a gun that creates the same problems.
What do some of you use? How hard are they to adjust?

FYI. Bostitch has come out with a new roofer, it lighter than the RN45 and a lot more features. I havent used it yet, but my tool distributor say its selling very good and NO come backs. Its model RN46-1 Good luck. see link below
